Responsibilities

• Advise on transaction structuring, execution and regulatory considerations across a broad range of structured products and derivatives
• Manage significant transaction workstreams and day-to-day client relationships
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team
• Collaborate with colleagues across Financial Markets, Capital Markets and Financial Regulation
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the practice

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE in a leading structured finance or derivatives practice
• Experience advising investment banks, asset managers, financial institutions or other sophisticated market participants
• Strong technical skills with experience managing complex transactions
• Excellent drafting, analytical and transaction-management capability
• Ability to own matters and build strong client relationships
• Collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring juniors
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving approach
