Lead Software Engineer – Agentic Industrial Emissions Platform (React and Go)

Overview

In this role you will shape scalable, cloud-based Industrial AI solutions that help customers decarbonize operations. You will work across front-end and back-end teams to evolve a secure, observable product portfolio and influence architectural decisions. You’ll deliver AI-enabled features and drive reliability, performance, and maintainability. Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable APIs, services, and accessible user interfaces
• Modernize legacy systems into modular, API-first components
• Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end in multiple languages
• Provide technical direction and balance scalability, reliability, and product impact
• Own operational excellence including telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and post-release improvements
• Champion DevOps practices: CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and on-call rotations
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and performance
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Platform Engineering on discovery and delivery
• Adopt a product- and customer-led approach to solving pain points
• Identify technical risks and opportunities to improve platform architecture

Key requirements

• Strong experience in full stack software engineering across front-end and back-end
• Solid experience with React (or similar)
• Strong back-end experience, ideally GoLang or similar languages
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs and cloud-native apps
• Understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, automation, incident response
• Experience delivering secure, observable, production-grade software
• Commitment to code quality, automated testing, and maintainability
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication
