Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK Financial Reporting and Control team with an inclusive culture
• Deliver accurate UK legal entity financial and board reporting with performance, capital, liquidity and risk analysis
• Maintain strong balance sheet governance and reporting controls
• Lead statutory and regulatory reporting, manage external audits and oversee changes to accounting and reporting requirements
• Provide technical accounting leadership and strategic insight for senior stakeholders
• Drive complex change programmes, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong IFRS and UK statutory reporting knowledge
• Significant experience in financial reporting, legal entity control or audit within investment management or regulated financial services
• Proven people leadership with ability to develop talent and translate strategy into delivery
• Experience leading complex reporting cycles, audits, regulatory deliverables and change initiatives
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at board and senior management level
• Strong understanding of the UK regulated financial services environment and robust control mindset
