Overview

In this role you will lead the expansion of a contentious trusts & probate practice within a Top 100 firm. You will build on a captive private client base and drive toward partnership opportunities or assume an enhanced leadership platform. You are a dedicated specialist in contentious trusts & probate and will work closely with the private client offering. The opportunity includes confidential discussions with senior leadership as you shape the practice and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the contentious trusts & probate practice leveraging the current private client base
• Develop client relationships and practice within the firm’s private client framework
• Pursue partnership opportunities or assume a leadership role depending on business case
• Collaborate with senior teams to integrate contentious trusts & probate services
• Provide expert guidance in contentious trusts & probate matters
