Field Retail Executive

Overview

In this role you drive in-store excellence for Beiersdorf brands by ensuring compliant execution and KPI delivery. You will manage retailer relationships, coordinate stock and promotional activities, and report insights to stakeholders. The role focuses on implementing effective in-store displays and optimizing plan‑ograms to boost visibility and sales. You’ll work across Essex and East London, collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain Beiersdorf’s standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-store execution standards and KPIs are met
• Build and maintain store relationships and key contacts
• Facilitate improved in-store plans, e.g., Front of Store displays
• Interact with stakeholders on strategic priorities and retailer objectives
• Monitor stock levels and correct book stock errors
• Ensure compliance with promotional activities in-store
• Deliver and translate intervention values to Net Sales by retailer
• Report progress to Regional Field Operations Manager and NAMs
• Monitor competitor activities
• Utilize tools and systems (e.g., Trax) and input interventions at store level
• Maintain understanding of retailer performance standards
• Promote Beiersdorf core values and brand image to customers

Key requirements

• Graduate or retail background
• Able to commute to East London and Essex
• Good organisational and planning skills
