Key Account Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage and develop key client accounts for university and NHS clients in Central London, while supporting the wider Mitie Waste business. You will conduct site and supplier audits and oversee risk assessments and method statements for on-site waste activities. This position sits at the intersection of client relationship management and regulatory compliance in a critical waste services area. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance, making a measurable impact on client outcomes and waste operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client accounts

Key requirements

• Previous knowledge of the waste and recycling sector
• Sound knowledge of legislative requirements governing clinical and hazardous waste types
