Overview

In this role you will develop and enhance Treasury applications that support cash, collateral, and operations, driving end-to-end delivery within a global technology team. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and own the delivery lifecycle from design to deployment. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to apply solid engineering practices and solve complex problems. This is a chance to impact Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Operations platforms used across the firm, leveraging cloud and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global stakeholders to understand needs and define requirements
  • Develop and enhance Treasury applications supporting Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Operations
  • Own delivery timelines and coordinate priorities across a global tech organization
  • Take end-to-end ownership of software systems across design, development, deployment, and support
  • Apply engineering best practices to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on programming with object-oriented design, patterns, concurrency, and SOLID principles
  • Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Web API)
  • Experience building web apps with Angular, Ember.js, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies
  • Experience owning large software systems and managing full lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently
  • Experience with enterprise databases (MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle) and CD tools
  • Familiarity with capital markets concepts; Kubernetes, Kafka, and Python are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
