Overview
In this role you will join a City office of a growing national law firm to handle a spectrum of property litigation matters. You will support a dedicated property litigation team, addressing landlord-tenant disputes, lease-related issues, and disputes on rights and boundaries. You will contribute to impactful cases while benefiting from mentoring and a focus on work–life balance. This position offers placement within a supportive, career-developpement oriented environment where your expertise helps clients navigate complex property claims.

Responsibilities
- L&T disputes including rent arrears and lease renewals
- Forfeiture and possession claims
- Easements, boundary issues, and rights of light
- Mines and minerals related property issues
- Working within a UK law firm’s property litigation team

Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 1–3 PQE
- Experience in a dedicated property litigation team within a UK law firm
