Responsibilities

• lead and develop an employment practice focusing on employer and senior executive work
• manage and expand a portable client base (600k+)
• drive business development and cross-sell within the firm
• maintain and deepen client relationships with senior executives
• contribute to strategic growth plans and team expansion
• collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality advisory services

Key requirements

• significant portable employment practice (600k+)
• entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for growth
• London-based or willing to relocate for a Top 50 City firm
• ability to attract and manage senior client relationships
