In this role you drive the global demand planning capability for LEGO, shaping the operating model, governance, and roadmap across regions and channels. You will connect commercial decisions with operational execution and lead a transformational effort at scale. You’ll align cross-functional teams and establish clear decision rights to deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and planner effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Own the LEGO demand planning capability across regions, channels and planning horizons
• Define the future operating model, governance, and capability roadmap
• Bridge commercial decisions with operational execution and drive a global transformation
• Set global Demand Planning vision, standards, and decision rights
• Establish performance baselines for forecast accuracy, bias, transparency, and planner effectiveness
• Strengthen governance, planning standards, and cross-functional rhythms
• Lead implementation of a major in-flight transformation to simplify and strengthen demand planning globally
• Create global consistency while preserving market/channel insights
• Build a connected team with clear objectives, accountability, and growth opportunities
