Solutions Implementation Consultant

Overview

In this role you will act as an Application Architect and Solution Consultant on Servigistics implementation projects. You will focus on Servigistics Service Parts Management and may work with Service Parts Pricing. You will lead customer workshops to capture requirements and design usable solutions, helping clients improve service levels, parts availability, and inventory optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable designs and mentor teammates. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to influence service supply chain outcomes across industries and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Present Servigistics capabilities and design solutions addressing customer challenges
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and customer workshops
• Analyze and communicate technical and business information to stakeholders
• Configure and support Service Parts Planning implementations
• Provide training on Servigistics functionality, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, architects, and customer teams
• Contribute to knowledge growth of other consultants in Service Supply Chain
• Support project management activities as needed
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and implementation activities (~10% of time)

Key requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in Supply Planning, Service Parts Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning
• Hands-on experience with Service Parts Planning software
• Servigistics experience as a key-user or consultant preferred
• Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain and related concepts
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work with distributed international teams
• Willingness to travel ~10%
• IT implementation project experience is a plus
