Overview

In this role you will manage affiliate programmes for advertisers across multiple sectors, acting as the main contact for clients on the Awin network. You will advise on best practices, implement growth strategies, and coach clients through quarterly and yearly planning. The role combines relationship management with strategic analysis to optimise performance and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovative ideas, and maintain engagement with clients and publishers to deliver sophisticated results.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and agencies
  • Own assigned accounts and provide timely metrics and status updates
  • Generate reports and provide insightful performance analysis
  • Take ownership of processes and streamline them
  • Lead regular client calls and align with client goals
  • Initiate and implement ideas to grow affiliate activities and help create strategies
  • Produce competitor benchmarks and advise on industry trends
  • Own account delivery and service levels, providing insight to Team Leader
  • Develop comprehensive client roadmaps to drive success
  • Optimize publisher relationships and recruit new opportunities
  • Present on various topics internally and externally
  • Ensure campaigns leverage latest tracking technologies and optimisations

Key requirements

  • 1+ years’ account management experience in digital marketing
  • Numerate with good MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to see bigger picture and identify opportunities and risks
  • Professional with proven client and team relationship-building skills
