Overview
In this role you will join a market-leading employment team within a prestigious global law firm. You will work on high-level employment litigation and advisory matters, spanning board-level disputes, discrimination, whistleblowing, executive terminations, and global workforce issues. The role blends contentious and non-contentious work, including restructuring and strategic advisory projects, in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and contribute to the firm’s continued leadership in employment law.
Responsibilities
- High-level employment litigation including board-level disputes, discrimination and whistleblowing
- Executive termination matters
- Global employment issues including workforce mobility
- Transactional support including restructuring
- Strategic advisory projects
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 3-6 PQE
- Currently working for a ranked Employment team in London or high quality national firm
