BMW/MINI Service Advisor

Overview

In this role you act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, delivering outstanding service and keeping clients informed at every stage. You will coordinate with technicians to track vehicle statuses and ensure timely delivery, while offering informed advice on products and services. You’ll build rapport with customers in a busy, supportive environment and contribute to a culture that values care and continuous development. This position supports cross-functional service excellence at Sytner BMW/MINI Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses
• Ensure vehicles are ready on time
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers
• Build genuine rapport and identify customer needs in a busy environment
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends to maintain high service levels

Key requirements

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong customer service background (beneficial)
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential
