Senior/Lead UA Manager

Overview

In this role you drive profitable user growth across a portfolio of mobile games, balancing strategic portfolio direction with hands-on campaign optimization. You lead a UA team, aligning investment with high-return opportunities and collaborating with analytics, product, and creative teams. You’ll shape testing programmes, measure impact, and push for scalable growth in a privacy-aware landscape. This is an opportunity to influence the UA function’s direction while delivering tangible revenue and profitability benefits.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UA strategy across a portfolio of mobile games
• Allocate budgets across channels, campaigns and titles to maximise ROI
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of UA Managers
• Establish best practices, processes and performance standards
• Foster a data-driven, commercially focused culture
• Monitor performance across acquisition channels and optimize spend
• Design and manage structured marketability tests for new concepts
• Collaborate with Product, Publishing and Growth teams and external partners

Key requirements

• Significant user acquisition experience within mobile gaming
• Proven success scaling free-to-play mobile titles profitably
• Experience managing performance marketing across major ad and social platforms
• Experience leading or managing UA specialists
• Strong commercial ownership of marketing budgets and performance outcomes
