Overview

In this leadership role, you will steer UK immigration advisory for corporate clients, combining legal expertise with strategic relationship management. You will work closely with a high-performing team to deliver high-quality service through technology-enabled workflows and proactive client communication. You will act as the senior client contact, resolve complex matters, and guide clients on immigration strategy across jurisdictions. This is a chance to shape client partnerships and drive growth while maintaining rigorous service standards. You will lead, mentor and influence internal and client stakeholders to deliver a premium immigration service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with corporate clients including senior HR, talent teams, founders and executives
  • Grow and retain a portfolio of corporate clients and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Lead a team of immigration lawyers with support from technology and streamlined workflows
  • Act as senior client contact and escalation point for complex immigration matters and service issues
  • Oversee client communications, including legal alerts and regional immigration updates
  • Oversee client billing for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
  • Own ongoing corporate accounts ensuring high-touch client experience
  • Monitor active matters and workflows to meet SLAs and quality standards
  • Advise senior business stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practices across jurisdictions

Key requirements

  • Qualified and practising UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters
  • Significant experience in complex UK corporate immigration law, ideally from a leading law firm or specialist practice
  • Experience operating in a senior/leadership capacity with influence over clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of immigration professionals
  • Strong experience managing senior-level client relationships, escalations and complex issues
  • Commercially minded with experience developing and retaining corporate client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Understanding of law firm financials, billing processes and operational workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with senior HR, Talent and executives
