Technical Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, focusing on infrastructure, network, and security transformations. You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategy and quality standards. You’ll drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across high‑impact programs. This is an opportunity to shape complex IT projects during a period of growth and progression toward senior leadership. Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end IT project delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes
• Lead infrastructure, network, and architecture projects from design to delivery
• Plan and manage risks and govern projects to meet business goals
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Embed continuous improvement and innovation into projects
• Champion new technologies, processes, and best practices to increase efficiency
• Ensure work aligns with organisational strategy and quality standards

Key requirements

• Experience leading end‑to‑end IT projects (infrastructure, architecture, networks)
• Strong knowledge of SD‑WAN, Zero Trust, HPE Aruba networks, and SharePoint migrations
• Familiarity with Prince2 or Agile PM, MSP methodologies (certifications a plus)
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non‑technical teams with clear communication and influence
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial, quality, and risk management
