Overview

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within targeted industries to develop new business opportunities
  • Initiate and build strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and consultative selling
  • Present and promote our temporary, permanent, and contract recruitment services tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions and client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s financial growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify emerging opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment sector
  • Strong understanding of different employment types: temporary, permanent, and contract recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
