Business Analysts (AI)

Overview

In this role you will support a large-scale AI and data transformation programme, acting as the bridge between operations and technology teams. You will identify AI-enabled opportunities, map current processes, and translate findings into actionable insights that drive measurable ROI. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape work for technical delivery and guide the organisation from current state to an AI-enabled future. This is an on-site position in London, focused on delivering real business value through process improvement and AI-driven change.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand current processes and workflows across business areas
• Identify and prioritise AI and data opportunities
• Map processes and translate findings into actionable insights
• Support scoping and shaping of work for delivery teams
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable value and ROI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and challenge assumptions
• Support transformation to AI-enabled future state

Key requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst
• Experience working on AI transformation programmes
• Strong skills in process mapping, modelling and improvement
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
