Senior AI Engineer, Vice President

Overview

In this role you will architect and build agentic AI solutions for Funds Transfer Pricing and Financial Hedging, delivering autonomous, multi-agent workflows at global scale. You will lead design, integration, and production of sophisticated AI agents that improve decision-making and automate complex business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and strategic goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role blending research, systems design, and practical delivery in a fast-moving financial tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems where agents collaborate, negotiate, and delegate tasks to solve business problems
• Develop advanced planning and reasoning capabilities using knowledge graphs, rule-based and symbolic reasoning, and planning algorithms
• Build resilient agent architectures with feedback loops, error recovery, and dynamic replanning
• Integrate LLMs, predictive models, and reasoning frameworks to expand agent capabilities
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures including embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval pipelines, and context management
• Create APIs, tools, and microservices for seamless AI integration with enterprise apps and data platforms
• Optimize AI systems for low latency and high throughput with techniques like streaming and caching
• Provide AI research direction and technical leadership across projects, mentoring junior engineers

Key requirements

• Professional software development and system design experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with production-quality agentic AI development
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents
• Experience architecting multi-agent systems using Google ADK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Hands-on with planning/reasoning, memory systems, MCP and Vector DBs
• Knowledge of LLMs and API design/integration for AI services
• Mastery of prompt and context engineering
