GENERAL MANAGER – NEW OPENING

Overview

In this General Manager role, you will lead a new premium restaurant opening in London, steering commercial performance, guest experience, and team culture. You’ll partner with the operations team and owners through the launch, building the team and embedding standards for a high-end 70-cover concept centered on an open grill. This hands-on leadership position emphasizes on-floor presence, guest relations, and people development, with growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Responsibilities

• own full accountability for the restaurant’s performance (P&L and commercial metrics)
• shape the guest journey and service standards
• build and lead the opening team and culture
• work with Operations and owners during launch and pre-opening phases
• ensure readiness for launch and ongoing high-quality operations
• hands-on leadership on the floor and guest-facing role

Key requirements

• General Manager level experience in a premium restaurant
• experience with a new opening is highly preferred
• strong commercial and operational accountability
