Overview

In this role, you will own scalable growth marketing initiatives across international B2B dining markets, building systems and campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. You will lead end-to-end content, nurture initiatives, and multi-channel activation, linking data across CRM to accelerate acquisition. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and across cultures to improve efficiency and ROI. This is an opportunity to shape international growth at a hospitality tech leader and use AI-enabled workflows to boost campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale growth hacking systems and campaigns to accelerate B2B acquisition across international markets
  • Plan and produce B2B content campaigns (research, case studies, gated assets) and drive lead generation with storytelling ownership
  • Own end-to-end content strategy, email and website creation, and lead gen campaigns to maximise engagement and pipeline conversion
  • Maintain deep understanding of full-funnel data, campaign tracking, and CRM integration
  • Maintain end-to-end B2B lead tracking reporting and multi-channel attribution to connect touchpoints across the buyer journey
  • Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to enhance audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing workflow efficiency
  • Lead experimentation roadmaps with rapid A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion, ROI, and CLV

Key requirements

  • 8+ years of growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing in a B2B context
  • Proven ability to connect multi-channel B2B attribution and full-funnel lead tracking
  • Experience producing B2B content with clear lead-to-content linkage
  • Proactive builder able to navigate ambiguous briefs and solve operational inefficiencies
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel data, lead tracking, and attribution frameworks
  • Experience applying AI tools or automation to marketing workflows and analysis
  • Hands-on experience building landing pages and web assets (HTML, CSS, WordPress) and creating email campaigns
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo
