AI&Data Architecture Associate Manager

Overview

In this role you will help define and execute AI and data architecture for clients, shaping scalable data platforms and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work within the AI & Data Practice to translate business needs into architecture that enables cloud-driven data and AI transformations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior architects while exploring cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data solutions using modern technologies under guidance from seniors
• Identify gaps in client architectures and support solution development
• Shape strategy and roadmaps to improve AI and data architectures
• Provide ongoing architectural support throughout delivery lifecycle
• Participate in client workshops and capture requirements with senior support
• Contribute to architectural thought leadership on innovative patterns
• Mentor junior architects and share best practices
• Prototype new technologies and develop PoCs to validate ideas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to align objectives and delivery

Key requirements

• Experience building AI-enabled data architecture
• Commercial experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications preferred
• Background in software development, data engineering or data science
• Expertise in data domains including modelling, pipelining, governance, and data consumption
• Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in client-facing environments and architecting complex data solutions
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across project streams
