IT Business Analyst

Overview

As an experienced CRM-focused IT Business Analyst, you translate business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements for Agile delivery. You collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and stakeholders to shape customer-focused solutions, define Epics and user stories, and ensure teams have ready-to-implement work. You analyse data flows, interfaces and governance to support secure, compliant solutions. This hybrid role sits within a large UK organisation, offering technical impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to identify problems, opportunities and outcomes
• Define and refine Epics and user stories for development and testing
• Maintain delivery momentum with cross-functional Agile teams and manage priorities
• Use data and performance metrics to improve delivery flow
• Analyse system interfaces, data flows and integration requirements with technical teams
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security and data privacy requirements
• Support Agile delivery by translating business needs into technical solutions
• Stakeholder engagement and clear communication across the project lifecycle

Key requirements

• Technology/digital/data/engineering environment experience
• Strong business analysis skills with problem-solving and requirements gathering
• APIs, system integrations, data flows, software architecture principles
• Experience analysing Swagger/OpenAPI interfaces and using SQL or similar for data validation
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
