Senior Insight Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Analyst Lead, you will guide a team to deliver high-quality insights that support strategic and operational decisions. You’ll oversee intelligence reporting, business insight projects, and customer segmentation to inform future strategies. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate complex data into actionable recommendations. This role offers agile working and the chance to impact customer outcomes at scale within a large housing provider.

Responsibilities

• lead and support a team of analysts to produce clear, engaging, and actionable outputs
• ensure delivery of trusted insight for strategic and operational decision-making
• lead intelligence reporting and business insight projects
• perform customer segmentation and analyse large data sets to generate actionable insights
• focus on data analysis, reporting insights, and stakeholder engagement
• collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate findings

Key requirements

• significant experience in insight, data analytics, research, visualization, BI, or analysis consulting
• experience in people and/or project management delivering high-quality insight
• demonstrable experience in customer segmentation influencing business decisions
• strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
• experience manipulating large data sets
• SQL, SSIR, SSRS experience; data science skills advantageous
• ability to engage and present to stakeholders at all levels
