You will work within a top city firm to handle land, title and development work on renewables and related projects, contributing to major energy initiatives. Responsibilities
- Work on CRE aspects of renewables, energy and infrastructure projects (wind, solar, hydrogen, nuclear, battery/EV charging, offshore wind, ports, airports)
- Handle site assembly, land due diligence, access, title, options, leases and development work
- Draft and negotiate project-related agreements
- Support DCO and CPO schemes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the energy/infra practice
- Contribute to high-profile projects within a global law firm
- Provide guidance on property-related regulatory and transactional issues
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor, England & Wales
- 5-10 PQE
- Current experience in a UK law firm focused on CRE in the energy sector
