Overview

In this role you will lead and shape Lyreco UK’s digital marketing across channels, focusing on CRM and lifecycle marketing to attract, engage, convert and retain customers. You will bridge strategy with hands-on delivery, using data to prioritise time and investment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver joined-up campaigns that improve customer journeys and drive commercial outcomes. The role offers leadership of the Digital Marketing team and a chance to influence how digital marketing develops across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing across multiple channels, balancing strategy and hands-on delivery
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, web, social and content
  • Develop CRM and lifecycle activity including segmentation, journeys, onboarding and retention
  • Support PPC and paid social in collaboration with performance marketing specialists and agencies
  • Improve website/CMS-driven journeys, landing pages, lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Develop SEO, content and organic social strategy using customer behavior and demand signals
  • Analyse GA4, CRM and campaign data to link activity to leads, customers and revenue
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to deliver aligned activity
  • Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team

Key requirements

  • Broad practical experience across digital marketing channels with a hands-on approach
  • Strong CRM, email marketing and lifecycle marketing experience, ideally HubSpot or similar
  • Solid understanding of PPC and paid social with collaborative partner work
  • Knowledge of website/CMS management, SEO, content, lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking, confident with GA4 and performance data
  • Experience with integrated campaign planning and stakeholder collaboration
  • People leadership experience with a supportive style
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A relevant digital marketing qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Full and valid driving licence
  • Experience in B2B or ecommerce is a plus
