HR Partner

Overview

In this role you will support People Experience and Technology (PXT) operations to enhance employee experiences and engagement. You will work on standard processes, coach leaders, and maintain strong partnerships across sites to drive culture and issue resolution. The position emphasizes data-driven insights, timely support, and development opportunities within a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on partner role focused on building trust, fairness, and a customer-centric approach across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing core programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness while documenting HR processes and interactions
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate complex matters as needed
• Assist in managing feedback channels and drive engagement initiatives
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention, and guide tool usage for better communication and performance
• Support managers in performance management with clear expectations and timely feedback
• Assist with internal investigations, focusing on fairness and confidentiality
• Coordinate site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives and monitor effectiveness
• Track PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability and adoption
• Balance routine tasks with on-floor presence to address concerns and drive engagement
• Learn and seek guidance from senior PXT partners to navigate challenging situations

Key requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
