Overview

As the founding commercial leader for the UKI enterprise function, you will build and own a high-impact new business pipeline. You’ll pursue large, global accounts, engaging CHRO/CPO/C-suite stakeholders to form multi-year partnerships. The role combines strategic territory leadership with hands-on client engagement and a path to leadership or senior individual contribution based on performance. You’ll work with an SDR partner and travel extensively to win complex deals. This is a chance to shape a growing enterprise capability within a market-leading brand.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new global enterprise accounts headquartered in UKI with mid-six to mid-seven-figure contract values
  • Engage CHRO/CPO/C-suite executives to build strategic, multi-year partnerships
  • Define and execute a territory strategy for UKI’s major enterprise accounts with priority mapping
  • Spend ~50% of time in front of clients across Europe and beyond to win large deals
  • Partner with a dedicated SDR to drive pipeline and account penetration
  • Be the founding commercial seller in UKI/Europe, with a clear path to leadership or senior IC track
  • Deliver a 90-day named account territory plan covering top 20 accounts, stakeholder maps, competitive positioning, and quarterly prioritisation
  • Set direction for the SDR’s outbound activity and joint account penetration plans

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing high-six- to seven-figure deals
  • Deep experience selling into HR buying centers (CHRO/CPO/VP-level procurement) in large global UK-headquartered organisations
  • Proven hunter with focus on net-new enterprise accounts and no interest in split mandates
  • Executive presence and commercial credibility; relationship-led selling at senior levels
  • Understanding that sales combines art and science, with ability to connect with people and apply disciplined selling cadence
