Overview
As Senior Director, HRBP you partner with the Global Head of Quality and the Head of Strategy to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance and growth. You will lead organizational design, transformation, and leadership development to enable quality transformation and strategic initiatives. Your work supports enterprise goals, risk management, and a capable, diverse workforce across a global, matrixed environment. Responsibilities
- Serve as advisor to senior executives in Global Quality and Global Strategy, aligning people priorities with business objectives
- Lead major transformation initiatives focusing on alignment, change readiness, and sustainable adoption
- Drive organizational design and operating model evolution to improve effectiveness and agility
- Coordinate talent, succession, and leadership development to strengthen leadership impact and readiness
- Oversee workforce planning and capability building to address future skill needs and capability gaps
- Foster culture, engagement, and change leadership to support performance and inclusion
- Manage employee relations and risk in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and HR partners
- Leverage data and market intelligence to inform talent decisions and measure organizational effectiveness
Key requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP to senior executives
- Experience supporting global functional organizations in complex, matrixed environments
- Proven success in organization design, workforce planning, succession, and change initiatives
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to link people strategy to outcomes
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors
- Ability to influence executive leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments
