Overview

As HR Systems Analyst, you ensure the HRIS runs efficiently and evolves with the business. You act as a system expert for PeopleHub and HR modules, driving integrations, data integrity, and improvements across payroll, onboarding, performance, and development. You collaborate with IT, Finance, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional HRIS solutions. This role offers a chance to influence how HR technology enables the firm’s people strategy in a hybrid, partner-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for PeopleHub and HRIS data, supporting queries and contributing to the HRIS roadmap across EC, Performance & Goal Management, Reporting, Payroll, Onboarding, Platform, Succession & Development
  • Plan, build and implement HRIS integrations and maintain existing connections with IT and Finance
  • Manage position management processes and embed them into Recruitment and Finance workflows; monitor imports, bulk updates, configuration changes, and onboarding document updates
  • Deliver platform enhancements to improve HR processes and support data cleansing and reconciliations
  • Maintain data integrity and transparency; assist HR Reporting Analyst with reliable information
  • Support time off/absence module, including period end processing and absence buy/sell
  • Apply knowledge of EC Payroll and GUI to support payroll operations
  • Understand data flows between core HR and other systems and downstream impacts on other departments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions; provide training as needed
  • Support HR technology governance, release management, testing, and production moves; leverage SAP resources to improve SuccessFactors adoption
  • Partner with AMS vendor to ensure effective service delivery and proper ticket management

Key requirements

  • Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors; strong knowledge of EC, ECP (GUI), Onboarding, Comp, PMGM, Succession & Development
  • Proven track record delivering medium to high complexity HR systems enhancements or rollouts
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF formulas)
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Stakeholder relationship building
  • Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation
  • SAP/SuccessFactors with EC, ECP, Onboarding, Comp, PMGM, Succession & Development modules
  • HRIS integrations and data governance
