Overview
In this role you support Secure by Design across government-focused digital projects to embed security through the full lifecycle. You help assess information risk, produce assurance artefacts, and drive security strategies for clients. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programmes and build trusted client relationships. This is a structured, learning-focused path within Accenture’s Security practice, offering clear development and certifications. You’ll contribute to secure, resilient services that protect critical data and national interests.

Responsibilities
- Support Secure by Design activities across digital and technology projects throughout the system lifecycle
- Assist with information assurance and cyber risk assessments to identify and manage risks
- Contribute to security and assurance artefacts (risk assessments, security management plans, evidence packs)
- Engage with clients to understand security challenges and influence security strategy
- Support consulting teams in delivering client engagements across workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Build trusted client relationships to meet and exceed requirements
- Participate in high-impact, purpose-driven programmes
- Follow a structured learning path with training and coaching to grow within Accenture’s Security practice
Key requirements
- Curious, motivated, eager to learn
- Strong interest in cyber security, information assurance or technology risk
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand complex problems
- Clear verbal and written communication, with experience delivering and presenting deliverables
- Project delivery capabilities and ability to manage multiple tasks in a team
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel to client sites
