Supplier Manager – Home Claims

Overview

As Supplier Manager for Home Claims, you will develop and govern key supplier partnerships to deliver strong customer and business outcomes. You’ll drive strategic supply management initiatives and commercial improvements, using data to identify cost-saving opportunities while protecting regulatory and service standards. Collaborating with Supplier Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders, you’ll lead savings initiatives, track benefits, and enhance supplier performance. This role sits at the heart of cost efficiency and service excellence in our Home Claims function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier partnerships to achieve customer and business outcomes
• Lead supplier-related strategic initiatives and savings pipelines
• Identify and realise material cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement contractual enhancements
• Drive performance improvement plans and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Assess supplier risk, resiliency, and assurance requirements with internal SMEs
• Explore new strategic partnerships aligned with Home Claims objectives

Key requirements

• Commercial analysis experience in data/MI within an insurance claims context
• Extensive experience managing suppliers in a Home Claims function
• Proven track record delivering major workstreams and commercial improvements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence change
