Planning, Performance and Insights (Senior Manager)

Overview

In this senior advisory and delivery role, you will partner with CFOs and FP&A leaders to reinvent planning, forecasting and resource allocation. You will shape the transformation strategy, design the future planning capability, and lead complex programmes from strategy to value realisation. You will work across process, data, technology and AI to deliver integrated, insight-led performance management. Responsibilities

• Lead current-state planning diagnostics across cycles, roles, data, technology and controls.
• Define future planning ambition, outcomes and measures of success with executive alignment.
• Design target planning capability spanning process, governance, decision rights and calendars.
• Shape functional solution and data architecture; guide platform assessment and integration.
• Define the role of predictive analytics, machine learning and AI with governance and oversight.
• Develop transformation roadmap, business case and value-realisation approach.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from build to stabilisation and adoption.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercials, risk and outcomes; build team and propositions.

Key requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise planning and performance transformation experience.
• Expertise in strategic/long-range planning, rolling forecasting, scenario modelling and performance review.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (Products/Resources) with linkages to operational drivers.
• Deep knowledge of at least one planning platform (SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM or OneStream).
• Ability to design future planning capabilities across process, data and governance; stakeholder alignment.
