In this role you will join a boutique Central London law firm’s Employment team as a senior associate, working closely with the partner. You will handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers, individuals, and trade unions. This is a London market move from a regional firm, offering a chance to contribute to a well-regarded practice. You will shape strategy and client outcomes in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support partner on employment matters across contentious and non-contentious matters
• Advise employers, individuals and trade unions on employment issues
• Manage and develop case strategies and client relationships
• Contribute to the firm’s London market presence and client delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex disputes

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE
• experience in employment law within a regional-to-London market context
• ability to work closely with a partner
