Responsibilities
- benefits analysis and efficiency reviews
- design and implement improved operational processes
- document business processes and workflows
- elicitate and analyse business and system requirements
- business process modelling and mapping
- create use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams; document acceptance criteria using MoSCoW
- develop storyboards/POCs from customer requirements
- convert customer requirements into technical solutions
- apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Key requirements
- minimum 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- experience in professional services (finance, insurance, legal)
- excellent communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- experience eliciting and analysing business and system requirements
- competence in business process modelling and mapping
- experience creating use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams; MoSCoW criteria
- ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- familiarity with Agile and Waterfall
- relevant professional certifications desirable
