UK Financial Controller

Overview

As Financial Controller, you will own the UK and Ireland finance function, partnering with senior leadership to provide financial insight and challenge. You will lead management and statutory accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and ensure strong governance and controls. You’ll engage with the external accounting provider and support group reporting, shaping commercial decisions. This role offers autonomy, high visibility, and real potential to join the Leadership Team while contributing to Tillotts’ GI healthcare mission.

Responsibilities

• Management and statutory accounting for the UK & Ireland
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Lead quarterly and annual audit processes
• Maintain financial controls and governance
• Group reporting with the wider Group finance function
• Manage relationship with external accounting provider
• Provide commercial insight to support business decisions
