Overview

In this role, you join a fast-growing Top 30 City law firm’s non-contentious restructuring and insolvency team to advise solvent and insolvent clients on a broad range of matters. You will work on debt-for-equity swaps, refinancings, distressed M&A, debt restructuring, schemes of arrangement, and related litigation or recovery actions. Responsibilities

• Advise solvent and insolvent companies on restructuring and insolvency matters
• Handle debt for equity swaps and refinancings
• Work on distressed M&A transactions
• Assist with debt restructuring and schemes of arrangement/restructuring plans
• Support litigation and recovery actions related to restructuring matters

Key requirements

• 2–5 years PQE in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency
• Experience spanning both corporate and personal contexts (preferred)
