Digital Marketing and AI Growth Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive visibility, performance and evolution of NRL Group’s digital ecosystem. You will blend technology, marketing and innovation to strengthen brand authority across traditional and AI-driven search environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize user journeys, campaigns and content while steering AI-enabled marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO, GEO and AI search strategies to boost visibility and authority
• Oversee digital estate governance and performance across multiple brands
• Lead CRO initiatives and optimize user journeys to improve engagement and lead generation
• Manage and enhance marketing technology platforms and automation workflows
• Build dashboards, insights and analytics to inform strategy and reporting
• Drive AI adoption and experimentation across marketing activities
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop authoritative content
• Guide agency partners and internal teams to optimize the digital footprint

Key requirements

• Extensive B2B and B2C digital marketing experience
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, GEO and AI search principles
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms and supplier relationships
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, CRM integrations and reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Proven experience leading CRO programmes and digital transformation projects
• Confident communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
