Overview
In this role you lead programme performance analysis, shaping baselines and plans to strengthen delivery. You mentor junior team members and coordinate key metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leaders. You support cost, schedule and quality management while driving risk and opportunity processes. You work within a cross-functional project controls team on strategically important programmes in the Maritime & Land sectors. This is a hybrid role with broad impact and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Lead programme performance analysis and maintain project plans and baselines
- Mentor junior project controls staff
- Collate and interpret key metrics, delivering trend insights
- Present performance insights to senior leaders and provide root-cause recommendations
- Support cost, schedule and quality management
- Coordinate monthly Estimate At Completion (EAC) and resource profiling
- Contribute to risk and opportunity management to ensure strong programme control
Key requirements
- Comprehensive experience with Project Control policies, processes, procedures and systems
- Working knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP, Predict
- Experience with Intermediate Risk and Opportunity Management
- Practical use of data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
- Knowledge in Baseline Control, Cost Estimating/Engineering, Resource Management, Quantity Surveying or Financial Management (advantageous)
- Project Management qualification/certification advantageous
