Overview
In this role you will deliver optimized mechanical designs for projects in the Surface department, ensuring quality and alignment with TechnipFMC standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support proposals, and supervise junior engineers to maintain deliverable quality. You will present designs, produce technical documents, and apply classical analysis when needed. This is a hands-on engineering position with growth opportunities in a global, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver designs for proposals and customer/internal specifications
- Verify designs using classical analysis techniques
- Prepare and review technical documents and drawings to design standards
- Present designs in internal design meetings
- Provide technical assistance to other functions
- Supervise junior engineers by reviewing calculations, layouts, and solutions
- Ensure quality and efficiency of deliverables
- Work independently on assigned tasks and participate in complex projects under supervision
Key requirements
- Relevant Engineering Degree
- Skilled in Manufacturing Engineering
- Skilled in Engineering Drawing, Dimensioning, & Tolerancing
- Skilled in creating engineering documentation and Bill of Materials
- Knowledgeable in Materials Science
- Knowledgeable in 3D Modeling and Drafting Standards (NX or Equivalent)
- Knowledgeable in Surface Wellhead and Tree technology
- Skilled in relevant industry codes (API 6A, ISO 9001)
- Skilled in TechnipFMC core applications, databases, and processes
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Team-oriented and able to work in a diverse environment
- Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- NX or equivalent 3D modeling and drafting
- Engineering drawing, dimensioning, and tolerancing
