Senior Product Consultant – London Based

Overview

In this role you will shape product visions and roadmaps for insurance and financial services clients, translating business needs into AI-enabled opportunities. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategy, discovery, and delivery from MVP to scale. You’ll act as a trusted adviser to executives, guiding decisions that unlock business value through technology and AI. This position offers impact in shaping how AI transforms the sector and growing our UK presence.

Responsibilities

• Define product visions, strategies, and roadmaps for insurance and financial services clients
• Analyze core processes (underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution) to identify AI-enabled value
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and business cases for investment
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology and AI projects from discovery to rollout
• Act as Product Owner/Lead with engineering, data, and AI teams (scope, requirements, priorities, acceptance)
• Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
• Lead workshops and executive presentations to clarify business, product, and tech topics
• Support UK pre-sales and business development including proposals and pitches
• Help build the UK team and strengthen market presence
• Mentor consultants and share insurance domain expertise across Impact Studios
