Overview

In this Real Estate Finance Partner role, you join a Top 100 law firm during a growth phase to lead and develop the real estate finance practice. You will be expected to bring a client following and contribute to the firm’s expansion by serving sophisticated clients in mid-market deals. You’ll operate within a cross-functional team to shape the service offering and drive revenue growth. This is an opportunity for an established leader or a senior practitioner stepping into a partner role to influence strategy and client delivery. A strong, market-facing track record and the ability to onboard new clients will be key to success.

Key requirements

• Must have client following of at least 250k
• Qualified as partner or senior associate (9PQE+) aiming for first partner role
