Regional Sales Manager

Overview

In this role you drive regional growth by building and managing a network of distributors across Europe, East Africa, and Southern Africa for Glory’s cash automation solutions. You define market strategies, expand channels, and lead regional plans to maximize revenue and market share. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored POS, back‑office cash management, and related services. This opportunity suits a commercially minded leader who thrives in multi-country environments and hardware‑software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow distributor relationships to deliver excellent service
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and markets for Glory products
• Identify and appoint new distribution channels in the region
• Maximise revenue and market share through managed partners
• Apply best practices in distribution management to build trusted relationships
• Define and execute sales strategy per market and promote the solution portfolio
• Formulate and execute a regional business plan for revenue and growth
• Develop new segments and grow sales of current portfolio and new technologies
• Document and manage all sales activity in CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud) and process orders in CPQ
• Travel within territory up to 30%
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Glory and thought leadership
• Leverage internal resources to support customers and prospects

Key requirements

• Previous distribution management/sales experience with international remit
• Proven success growing sales via international distribution channels
• Exemplary customer interaction and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• High degree of commercial acumen
• Extensive experience selling cash automation solutions
