Overview

In this role you will join a boutique Central London property litigation practice to handle a mix of commercial and residential disputes, including L&T, breach of covenant, TOLATA, business lease renewals and rent reviews. You will work within a close-knit team that champions a high-performance culture. The position offers exposure to a varied property disputes caseload in a premium London environment. You will contribute to the firm’s reputation for quality and client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and residential property disputes (L&T, breach of covenant)
• Work on TOLATA claims
• Manage business lease renewals
• Conduct rent reviews
• Specialise in property litigation as core focus

Key requirements

• 5-7 PQE
• E&W qualified
