Overview

In this role you lead global staffing initiatives within BCG’s Global Staffing CoE, shaping scalable solutions that improve staffing across the firm. You collaborate with regional, local, and SBU stakeholders to translate priorities into governance, policies, and measurable outcomes. You will drive cross‑functional programs spanning digital products, operating models, and enablement, aiming to boost adoption and value delivery. This position offers high impact in a globally distributed, collaborative environment aligned to BCG’s 2030 strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Represent staffing on firm-wide initiatives end-to-end from inception to launch, coordinating with regional and local stakeholders
  • Shape and roll out firm-wide staffing policies, securing buy-in and driving adoption
  • Define the approach for extending global staffing platforms like SAM and Team Builder to new populations, partnering with product teams and stakeholders
  • Own the operating rhythm for the Staffing CoE portfolio, structuring plans, milestones, and surfacing risks
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess tool adoption and value delivery, collaborating with analytics teams on dashboards
  • Lead the Staffing Working Group to align stakeholders and drive decisions to closure
  • Own the function’s learning and development journey, aligning with regional/SBU needs and BST L&D
  • Represent staffing in cross-functional collaborations and ensure informed, timely communication

Key requirements

  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience in professional services or a complex, matrixed organization
  • Background in staffing, consulting, or other people functions preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree welcomed but not required
  • Strong project and change management skills with track record of leading complex initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and stakeholder influence
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity across globally distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving and user-centered mindset with ability to translate needs into practical solutions
