Overview
In this role you provide project coordination and administrative support across employee benefits transaction assignments, including M&A due diligence, carve-out reviews and post-close activities. You will maintain project plans, information requests, document control and deadline tracking to enable timely, high-quality service across multiple engagements. You work with cross-functional teams and country offices to keep projects on track and deliver consistent results. This is a hands-on coordinator role within a global team that values collaboration and client-focused execution.

Responsibilities
- Mobilise and plan employee benefits transaction projects; maintain pipeline, timetables and resource schedules
- Coordinate kick-offs, information requests and contributor responsibilities
- Assist with capacity planning and regular pipeline reporting
- Maintain templates, country contacts and knowledge library; track deadlines and dependencies
- Organise meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups; ensure version control and document distribution
- Support proposal formatting, scopes, reports and client presentations; monitor inputs against timetable
- Assist with invoicing data and fee/revenue records; support post-close handover actions
- Ensure adherence to project-management, confidentiality and data-handling procedures
- Coordinate communications with country offices, specialist teams and contributors
Key requirements
- Experience in project coordination, professional services administration or related field
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience maintaining project plans, trackers and controlled document libraries
- Experience coordinating information requests across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting client-facing teams and producing accurate documents
- Exposure to employee benefits, multinational work or M&A transactions is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation
