Corporate Associate- City office- Offshore law firm

Overview

In this role you will support a London-based offshore law firm on corporate matters spanning the BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands. You will join a growing team, working on cross-border deals and reorganisations to help clients restructure and redomicile entities. You’ll operate in a collaborative environment within a growth-focused office, contributing to a dynamic offshore practice. This opportunity combines high-caliber corporate work with a clear path for senior involvement in international matters.

Responsibilities

• handle corporate matters in offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Bermuda, Cayman Islands)
• work on M&A, ECM and reorganisations/restructuring
• manage redomiciliations and cross-border corporate strategies
• support expansion of the London office and cross-border client base

Key requirements

• 5-6 PQE (England & Wales or Commonwealth)
• at least 5 years corporate law experience in the UK or offshore
