Overview

In this role you will lead site-wide manufacturing operations to ensure consistent product supply, safety, and quality. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll guide daily production, improve site performance, and manage technical workflows. You will train and support the team, keeping lines compliant and ready for distribution. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and respond to site feedback with practical solutions. This role offers the chance to shape operational excellence in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production schedules and quality processes to ensure consistent product supply
• Oversee yield/output standards and performance against targets
• Manage technical production workflows and machinery challenges
• Drive site-wide operational improvements and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure safety, hygiene, health and safety, and legal compliance across the site
• Build strong working relationships across supply chain networks
• Provide training and leadership to colleagues to handle daily routines
