Overview
As Lead Digital Designer at Dojo, you shape digital presence across website, paid media, and CRM, blending brand and performance to drive growth. You’ll guide and mentor a midweight designer while evolving Brand Hub and DAM to scale visual identity across markets. The role sits in our in-house Brand Creative Studio, promoting collaboration in an office-first culture. You’ll own design systems, deliver flexible templates for high-volume campaigns, and translate analytics into creative improvements. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence Dojo’s digital storytelling and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI and website design for landing pages and conversion journeys with responsive designs and engineering-ready handoffs in Figma
- Develop and maintain scalable design frameworks and modular templates for paid performance marketing and CRM campaigns
- Collaborate with Copy, Web Channel, MarTech, and Performance teams to turn analytics and CRO insights into creative improvements
- Govern Brand Hub and DAM to ensure visual consistency across touchpoints
- Line manage and mentor a midweight designer, leading design reviews and upholding high creative standards
Key requirements
- Senior or lead digital design experience in-house or at a digital agency
- Expertise in marketing website design, responsive layouts, intuitive user flows, conversion-focused branding
- Experience building modular design systems for high-volume campaigns
- Proven ability to mentor or line manage designers and collaborate cross-functionally
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; openness to AI workflow tools in creative processes
- Strong portfolio of high-fidelity digital work across web, email, and paid channels balancing brand storytelling with performance
